Can I Trade This Character?!

Alrighty! I have recently hear that we MIGHT (word "MIGHT") be able to trade certain characters. As of right now, all the cash shop characters are untradible, as well as characters like Nar. I will Edit this when I can actually confirm that the rumor of tradible cash characters and characters that require you to be Expert or Higher (Again like Nar). The only way to trade these characters are through the Cash Shop item "Mercenary Warrant". The characters must be at least level 50 before they can be traded.
